Thin crust pizza was GREAT! But, it took an hour to get it out to our table. Others in our party ordered steak and had it within 15 minutes and were finished by the time our pizza came out. Server seemed overwhelmed at times with passing out the checks and doing it in a timely manner.

Sadly it seems to be a recent trend with this restaurant in terms of lacking customer service. I came by here on a lunch break close to 1PM a while back and despite there being only one other table occupied, it still took over an hour to receive our food. The waiter/host in the front of the house took our order once and we never heard from him again until we had to get his attention ourselves. A simple spaghetti and fettuccine should not take anywhere near as long as it did, especially with a building completely dead save for us and the 1 other table. Not only were we not checked on, offered refills on water, or given estimated times of completion of our meal, but they finally brought out our Caesar salads which we actually had totally forgotten about. We had to ask them to place our order in to go boxes because we were already late to work coming back from this place, even though the office is only 5 minutes away. Lastly, when paying the cashier mixed up 3 credit cards. Between our order, another patron paying for a pickup order, and another who was paying for a drink at the bar, we had no idea whose receipt was whose at first, and the cards were completely misplaced. Honestly, if you come here make sure your plans for the next few days are free and open because it may take 2-3 working days to receive your order. Over an hour to receive a couple salads, not able to enjoy our actual meal at the restaurant, and lackluster customer service. 1 out of 5 gives this establishment a rating based solely on the customer experience we received today.

Amazing lunch at great price. Some of the best eggplant Parmesan I have ever had. The bread is amazing. Great service....good all around. I'll be back.

Pretty good for a $10 lunch special. We each had a 9 in, 2 topping pizza (6-7 other options), Cesar salad (mixed greens, soup), and a tea or soda. Good, quick, nice waiter, too. All around winner. Will return, soon.

Great date night! Loved the pizza,the ambiance, the gnocchi appatizer(the mushrooms in it were so meaty!), the wine, the excellent waitress, and even the price. Just didnt care for the limited parking but we'll deal with it! We can't wait to go back and try different dishes. And they do GLUTEN FREE pasta and pizza
